The key for an effective massage is to use the palm of the hand. Massage deeply, slowly and wide.
 1. Place the palm in between eyebrows. 2.Apply an even pressure and release the tension in a circular motion.After 10 seconds of applying pressure, slowly move the palm up towards the temple. 3. Place the palm to the temple and massage lightly.
Repeat 2~3 times when extremely tense.
 1. Place palms underneath the cheekbones and move toward ears. Lightly apply pressure as palms are moved outwards to relax tension. 2.
