We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. When returning any part of your order, please include the original packing slip and complete all fields on the back of the packing slip. If the original packing slip is no longer available, please list your name, address, phone number, email address and the reason you are returning or exchanging the item on a separate sheet of paper and include this in the return box with the product(s).
If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. Returns for purchases made in a partnered retail location may NOT be returned to Koh Gen Do USA, Inc. Only cosmetics or skin care products purchased by phone from Koh Gen Do USA, Inc. or online at kohgendocosmetics.com may be returned for refund.
Exchange Policy: Koh Gen Do USA, Inc. will only accept an exchange on an item(s) of the same product type if it available in a different shade. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase date of the item(s) being returned. Shipping charges to return item(s) to Koh Gen Do USA, Inc. and to ship exchanged product will be the responsibility of the customer.
