Our office and shipping will be closed in observance of Labor Day Monday Sept 6th! Also, any orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday Sept 3rd will not be processed and shipped until Tuesday Sept 7th.

All online orders are shipped from our Koh Gen Do USA offices in Washington State. Orders are sent via the United Parcel Service (UPS). A street address is required for all orders. For orders of $150.00 or more being shipped inside the continental US, KGD USA will cover the shipping cost for standard shipping. In the event that the delivery needs to be expedited, shipping will be paid for by the customer.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders shipped via UPS Ground are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date.  Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, except major holidays).

At this time, Koh Gen Do cosmetics are available for shipping inside the US and US territories only.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited orders received after 2 p.m. PST will be shipped the following day. Orders sent via overnight shipping will arrive within 1 business day. Orders sent 2nd day shipping will arrive in 2-3 business days.
