All of our offices including shipping will be closed December 24th, 25th and 26th. All orders place on those days will be processed on Tuesday December 27th.

All online orders are shipped from our Koh Gen Do USA offices in Washington State. Orders are sent via the United Parcel Service (UPS). A street address is required for all orders. For orders of $100.00 or more being shipped inside the continental US, KGD USA will cover the shipping cost for standard shipping. In the event that the delivery needs to be expedited, shipping will be paid for by the customer.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

Orders shipped via UPS Ground are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date.  Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, except major holidays). Koh Gen Do is not responsible for any delivered packages that are lost or stolen. To ensure a package is received and not left unattended you must contact our office by phone to request a Signature Confirmation. Failed attempts in obtaining a Signature Confirmation by the receiver once it has been requested will result in the return of the package. Any charges accrued from the return of a package and the cost to re-ship a package back to the receiver will not be the responsibility of Koh Gen Do.

Expedited orders received after 2 p.m. PST will be shipped the following day. Orders sent via overnight shipping will arrive within 1 business day. Orders sent 2nd day shipping will arrive in 2-3 business days.
