All online orders are shipped from our Koh Gen Do USA offices in Washington State.
Orders are sent via the United Parcel Service (UPS). A street address is required for all orders. For orders of $150.00 or more being shipped inside the continental US, KGD USA will cover the shipping cost for standard shipping. In the event that the delivery needs to be expedited, shipping will be paid for by the customer.

Standard Shipping

Orders shipped via UPS Ground are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date.  Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, except major holidays).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Koh Gen Do Cosmetics only processes and ships orders to the United States, including all US territories, Canada and Mexico.

All orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties imposed by the customer's resident country as well as brokerage fees dependent on shipping method selected.  These fees are the responsibility of the customer and not Koh Gen Do Cosmetics.

Orders sent to Canada or Mexico will be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Any UPS charges above the cost of USPS will be refunded to the customer's credit card within 3 - 5 business days.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited orders received after 2 p.m. PST will be shipped the following day. Orders sent via overnight shipping will arrive within 1 business day. Orders sent 2nd day shipping will arrive in 2-3 business days.
