MMDStylin says:  This pressed powder was made by a 24 year old company from Japan.  It wears soft and lighter than pressed powder I usually use, which came as a pleasant suprise, because it added a glow or gleam to my face that you usually relate to youth.  When I opened it, I thought, no way --  much too light.  It's totally transluscent so it's perfect for any ones skintone. Wears well throughout the day too.  You will be suprised that it is not mineral based, because it has the feel of a mineral based powder, although silky too.  I felt, it created a flawless finish that camoflauges shininess and redness.

I used this product over my makeup as a finish.  I usually use a brush, however, I tried the puff provided.  During the day, I followed up with the press powder wherever I felt oily.   I checked out their website, and they suggest, "after powdering face, use hands to gently press powder further into skin so that it quickly sets.  Wash puff frequently and keep it clean for best results. Always keep puff on the enclosed thin film so it remains clean."  I did this after one week of use, and it really does make a difference when the puff is clean.
